Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-11 · Last updated 27/08/2026
These terms govern your use of Investment Planner (the “service”), provided by [legal name] (company no. [company number]), [address], [country]. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Must be completed by the service owner before publishing.
1. What the service is
Investment Planner is a tool for tracking your own securities portfolio, planning monthly contributions, following dividends and running forecasts. It is an information and planning tool.
The service executes no trades, is not connected to any bank or broker and has no access to your accounts. Everything shown is based on data you enter or import, complemented by third-party market data.
2. No investment advice
The content of the service — including the buy plan, scores, quality metrics, target weights, simulations and forecasts — is general information and model output. It is not investment advice, tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account.
All investment decisions are your own. Past performance is no guarantee of future returns and you may lose your entire invested capital.
3. Account and security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your password confidential.
- An account is personal and must not be shared.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms or in a way that harms the service.
4. Free and Premium plans
Parts of the service require Premium. The price and billing interval are shown at checkout before you pay, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
You cancel or change the subscription yourself in the billing portal under Settings. On cancellation you keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Periods already paid for are not refunded beyond what mandatory law requires.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Because Premium is delivered digitally and immediately, you consent at purchase to delivery starting right away, and the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun. Contact [contact email] to exercise a right of withdrawal.
6. Market data and availability
Prices, dividends, sectors and fundamentals come from external sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The data is not intended for real-time trading.
We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates and third-party failures may affect the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for investment decisions, lost profits, losses on securities or indirect damages. To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the last twelve months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
8. Your data and termination
You can export your portfolio to CSV and delete your account at any time under Settings. Deleting an account cancels any subscription and removes your portfolio data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you in the service or by email, and the version you accepted is stored with a timestamp in our consent log. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law and contact
Swedish law applies and disputes are heard by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. Contact: [contact email].
